Where can I buy a replacement mop head for the Swiffer Wet-Jet mop? The original head is disintegrating, but the rest of the mop is fine.

I believe there may be several models so you may need your model number.
This may not be an easy task as it looks like Swifter does not sell replacement parts but things change so you might try emailing (or chat online) just in case they have added parts to their site:
swiffer.com/
You can find online sites that indicate they sell parts but I could only find one that actually sells items for Swifter. I believe the parts are 'generic' but these may be all you can buy.
It's possible that Sears parts can order parts so you might give them a call:

if what Cybergrannie says is true (and it probably is because she's the best) I would honestly try posting the pic of what you need on a facebook local buy/sell group, or look on ebay.
I think the idea of these things is to be semi disposable which is why it's hard to find replacements
There are so many markets that carry replacements that will adapt to your Swiffer. This company would lead you to think that only there brand would work. All leading online stores carry replacements for this mop. I have also changed to buying these wonderful washable heads. - eBay, amazon, and others- www.etsy.com/
