You could check for build up around the hole of the sprayer nozzle. Often cleaner can dry over the cover , making it not functional to use. Also check placement, to make sure it is fully inserted to reach the power to your mop.
Make sure the bottle is inserted correctly. It wont work if it is not.
The terminals on the battery may need to be cleaned. The solution bottle may not be inserted correctly. It may be clogged.
Check for a leak.
Clean the battery connections with acetone.
Maybe the motor burned out.
Looks like you're not the only one experiencing this issue.
Most commonly is if you just changed out the bottle, you might need to take it out and re-insert to hear the snap.
