My Swiffer WetJet is not working! I just bought it and it appears the jets don't work! I don't see any solution coming out to clean! What can I do?

The solution is not passing through the nozzle and this means that the nozzle is not open so the solution can pass through it when you hit the button. Try using a pin to check the nozzle to make sure it is open so the liquids can pass through. Also check to make sure you have your batteries installed correctly. This is another reason the sprayer won't work.
Your Swiffer may need batteries, not securely positioned, or the sprayer could be clogged. Check all of these things , and that may be a simple fix - here is more troubleshooting - www.hunker.com/
If you can see the cleaning solution right down the tube to the mop part, but nothing comes out of the holes, try poking a needle or pin into the holes to make sure they aren't clogged.
I hope you haven't messed with it too much. If you just bought it and it is not working, return it.
Personally I will never buy one of these. My experience has always been that they either don't work right or break quickly.
