My dear Dad had Parkinson's from age 38 until he went to Heaven at 75. He never shook, although most people do. He fell a lot, as his upper body would move faster than his feet. He usually had a blank look on his face. He eventually lost his voice after having a very soft voice for years. He also lost the ability to swallow in later years and had a feeding tube.
