Taco Lasagna

Ingredients:

• 1 lb. ground beef
• 1 can refried beans (16oz.)
• 1/2 envelope mild taco seasoning mix
• 1 jar picante sauce (24oz.)
• 1 1/2 cup water
• 1 pkg. lasagna noodles, cooked and drained (12oz.)
• 1 onion, chopped
• 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• sour cream

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Brown ground beef in large skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain. Stir in beans and seasoning mix. Combine picante sauce and water in medium bowl, and mix well.

Layer ground beef mixture, noodles, onion, picante mixture and cheese 1/4 at a time in 9x13 inch baking pan, ending with cheese. Bake 45 minutes. Serve with sour cream. 8 servings.
