Removing Stray Shells from Cracked Eggs

The easiest way to remove a shell from the eggyolk is with the use of water. You cannot always help it that when you crack open an egg, small pieces of egg shell can mix.

Since the egg is slippery and you cannot just get those shells easily, all you have to do is wet your index finger with water. Just tap it on the shell to stick and take out the small pieces of the shell.
