Ingredients:

Steps:

  1. Soak the tamarind in water and leave it for a few hours. Then mash the pulp well and strain out.
  2. Add some water to the tamarind pulp until it comes down to a pouring consistency.
  3. Mix in the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer until it thickens.
  4. Cool and serve (or store in a refrigerator for a few days).
