Thank you g5familia, I have copied all these recipes and plan to make them all.
But I was actually looking for copies of the products themselves. I want to make my own Tastefully Simple products at home. The real ones are very expensive. We use a lot of the products now and I was hoping to make my own versions.
Thank you. (02/09/2007)

Tastefully Simple Beer Bread

Description: This is an easy, very inexpensive clone for the Tastefully Simple beer bread. Why pay $5 a box for theirs when this will only cost a fraction to make?

I found the Apple Bread at recipelink. I'm sure the rest of your recipes can be found by a Dogpile (or Google) search.
This recipe is so similar to TS's recipe, I wouldn't doubt if this is the one they used. I cook for a crowd, so I doubled the recipe and submitted it below. If you're serving a smaller group, cut the recipe in half and bake it in an 8x8.
Cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Combine dry ingredients and add to mixture. Stir in apples. Spoon into greased 11 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean.
Optional: Add 1/2 cup chopped nuts to recipe at same time as apples.
Optional: Serve with warm caramel sauce and ice cream/whipped cream. recipelink.com

I make copycat Tastefully Simple recipes, I have a Garlic Garlic one that everyone seems to love, I sell them, but I will give you the recipe because I feel generous today (lol). Here it goes.
This is a puncher, just a warning, a disclaimer is that if your significant others stay away and do not want to kiss you, you know why. Also, try not to eat it on a hot humid day, due to the fact that if you eat a lot of it, your sweat and pores will smell of garlic. But that is just the risk us garlic lovers must take.
Mix together and add 16 oz sour cream, along with 1/4 C (4 Tbsp.) mayonnaise. I also like to add 1 can of spinach, drained and squeezed to get rid of the excess water. You can also use frozen. Hope this helps. (03/05/2007)
