This Indian inspired chicken is marinated in a mix of wonderful spices and yogurt. Most of the work is in the marinade. Then just cook, and enjoy. I like this with roast eggplant and a side of rice. This looks wonderful but I have never heard of Garam Masala; is it a hot spice? I will be looking for it as I would like to give this recipe a try.
Hi MB! Garam Masala isn't really too spicy, but it has black pepper in it so it does get a kick from there, and quite a bit of depth from the other spices. It's basically cumin, coriander, cardamom, black pepper, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg mixed together. Here is my recipe if you'd like to try to make your own:
