I found those on my bed sheath today. The first image is of them as found. And the second after opening them. Size is about 1/10 inch. I have no idea what they could be. There was a total of 3.

They look like bedbugs. You will need a professional exterminator.
The first photo looks like mouse poop.
The second photo looks like popcorn kernels or some kind of food residue. To me neither looks like insects.
Now maybe if I saw the other side and saw legs or wings, I would reconsider, but from these photos, I don't see insects.

I would say you have bed bugs and you need to get them treated immediately before they get out of hand.

Sadly that's exactly what bed bug eggs look like, before and after they hatch. Def get someone in.
They treat with heat, not chemicals.
