Wanting to sell this print. I found a set of 4 on Worth Point that say "custom art prints key west artist originals signed #441564174"and "set of 4 original art prints done in ink and watercolor." The one print I have is ALMOST identical to picture in Worth Point. Does anyone know who the artist is or the value of the watercolor? The print measures 8x10.

Your print does appear to almost match the one on WorthPoint but there is not really enough information on WorthPoint to help Identify even their prints. Pictures are not very good and no picture showing artist name/signature, nor is it even mentioned.
WorthPoint does not sell anything they just post items from online that others have listed.for sale/sold. This is a sight for appraisers.

I see that there is artist's signature on your print, but the first letter is really very original written, making it almost impossible to say the name of the artist exactly.
I was looking for this artist by trying different variants of the first letter, but to no avail. There is an artist Pego (I thought that the artist wrote the first letter in a mirror image), but he paints in oils and not in this style www.wineandpalette.com/

Prints by unknown authors are usually inexpensive, about $10-25 society6.com/
Try to take your print out of the frame and inspect it. Maybe it has some other inscriptions, or maybe a number. Limited edition prints are more expensive www.ebay.com/
