Ingredients:
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 lb squash, cut in large chunks
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 bouillon cube, crushed, or 1/2 envelope bouillon
- 1 tsp fresh thyme, or 1/4 tsp dried
- salt and pepper to taste
Steps:
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the squash, onion and bouillon. Cook, stirring 4-5 minutes, or until squash is crisp-tender.
- Sprinkle with thyme, salt and pepper.
