I wish I could see the other side. It could be a bed bug. Make sure you dont have more.
This looks like a Click Beetle- other names for this insect is - Elaters, Snapping Beetle, Spring Beetle, or Skipjacks . This insect loves to feed on vegetation and very destructive in garden setting and harmless to people.
It looks like a termite to me. Check the ceiling above the bed for very tiny holes. Also take a good look around for what looks like fine sawdust, either on the floor or bed. If you find these signs in your home, call an exterminator ASAP !!!!
