I am looking for another name besides "care-taker" to describe individuals working at an adult care facility. Any suggestions?

Personal Care Assistant
Direct Care Worker

I am a Home Health Aide. My current patient refers to me as an attendant, which I like. It is gender-neutral and removes the "sickly" stigma that comes with most healthcare titles.
Is it adult daycare or more of a nursing home?
Companion.
"Care givers" comes to mind as simple yet accurate.
Do you want it to be professional, just friendly, temporary, palsy-walsy? Why not present names to the people involved and see what they choose?
Protector
Assistant
Guardian
