Ingredients:
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 slice bread
- 1 egg
- salt and pepper

Steps:
- Melt butter in frying pan.

- With a knife, cut a hole out of center of a slice of bread.

- Place bread and hole in frying pan. Crack egg and drop into hole. Cook for 3 or 4 minutes on medium heat. Flip bread over and continue cooking until other side is done.
