Ingredients:
- kale
- spinach
- 1/2 onions
- raisins
- 1 tsp cumin
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 package tofu
Steps:
- Dice white onions. Cut tofu into pieces.
- In a pan, add olive oil.
- Get ready to sauté the amount of kale and spinach you want. Add diced white onions, package of diced tofu, and cumin. Sauté for a few minutes until cooked.
- Top off with raisins and it is ready to serve!
