A plate of tofu and pork belly stir fry.Tofu is a staple ingredient in our household cooking and pairs well with any left over meats like Roasted Pork Belly. It is easy and simple entree to eat along with a side of rice.

Yield: 4-6

Ingredients:

  • 1 package fresh tofu
  • 1 lb roasted pork belly
  • 1/2 onion
  • Dash of salt and pepper
  • 2 tsp fish sauce
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup water

Steps:

  1. Prep your ingredients. Dice tofu in cubes. Slice onions. Dice roasted pork belly.
  2. A plate of tofu, chopped into pieces.

  3. Heat your pan and olive oil. Add your slice onions and sauté for one minute.
  4. Ingredients for stir fry.
     
    A bottle of olive oil.

  5. Put your tofu in and wait until your pan boils. Once pan boils with the tofu, add 2 teaspoon of fish sauce, dash of salt and pepper then add 1/2 cup of water. Cook until the broth boils for 10 minutes.
  6. Adding pork to the stir fry pan.

  7. Ready to serve and plate. Enjoy entree with side of rice.
