Help me please find a toilet paper that doesn't create so much dust. I can't be the only one complaining of it. It needs to be soft, but not too rough. I use Northern. Maybe it's too soft?

Costco's brand Kirkland is the very best buy I have ever found, and works the best. Almost all businesses use it.
Good old fashioned Scott 1000 Count Tissue (single non fancy ply) and you can often find it on sale if you check around. I just bought two 4 packs a couple of weeks ago at Walgreen's for $5.00 total. I've used and sworn by their TP since I first moved away from home almost forty years ago. ;-)
I have decided either I buy Dollar General brand cheap but 2 ply which is great cheap price and fine to use or use coupons and sales to buy cottonelle which is pricier but fine to use. I tried Northern and had lint issues also.
Had the same issue, we started buying the generic brand from Wal-mart. Nice, strong, yet soft on skin. My granddaughters roll out 3 squares and find there is less waste, this is good amount to get the job done. And no fluff dust.
None that start with the letter C. I thought that would be easy for my hubby to remember, but he still forgets and brings that nasty Crumblebutt stuff home.
Angel Soft is my first choice for price, softness and lack of lint. As a second choice, hubby sometimes gets a decent generic at Save-a-lot. Scot just strikes me as too flimsy for the price! I've used it before (when you could buy a single roll) and didn't care for it.
I have used Angel Soft for years and have noted more and more dust particles in the air. My curtain and around the toilet paper holder is white by the end of the day due to the TP dust.
I have just about had it with all of the lint & dust junk all around my toilets. All of those huge fluffy types are the very worst. Price isn't an issue. I just want a brand that doesn't ruin my day by sending lint flying all over the place.
I have tried every single brand on the market and am amazed at some people say is great ...with the improvement in technology its all the same dust or lint whichever you call it is the problem sometimes its better to stick with the old way of doing things we never had dust or lint problems when I was growing up and if you think yours doesnt have lint then unroll a few sheets by a sunny window . It all sucks if you want any kind of comfort.
I also don't like the dust from most toilet paper and have tried numerous brands. My husband doesn't like mega rolls and so I was ordering Scott's double rolls for a while but they really aren't great either so I read lots of reviews and I ended up trying from Amazon their own brand called Solimo.
I also use northern and I am sick of the dust it puts off, I need to change, but to what??!
I'm going to be real for a min... I was looking for a lint free T.P. because I just can't stand it when certain bra d's leave behind little balls of lint on my lady bits.. eeeewww.. I mean c'mon, the ones that brag about being super soft are the worst.. I agree, nothing with a C is a good rule.. Lol. I typically go for Angel Soft only because it's not super expensive and it works how I would expect a toilet paper to work...
Have you tried Charmin Strong megarollls? Not the Charmin Soft, But specifically the Strong? It is a single-ply and not very linty. Also Seventh Generation is good, but is a little more expensive as it is made from recycled paper.
I agree with you. Those little bits that are left behind are driving me nuts!!! Please, a toilet paper that doesn't leave "bits" behind!
This makes my bathroom look like a snow storm passed thru, also all this lint can not be healthy.
Tried Scott recently. You have to use about 2 feet of tissue each time. Not kidding. Much too thin .
Thank you for saying it. I hate Northern-the amount of lint it gives off is totally ridiculous. I now use the Sam's Club brand-it specifically says on the package LESS LINT and it's really true! My friend added me to his membership so I didn't have to pay the fee, but I'd have joined on my own if only to get their excellent product. I am SO much happier.
Agree. I gave up on Scott brand many years ago.
Arghh. I hate the lint situation with many brands. The Sam's Club brand I've started using is excellent.
Still advocating Sam's Club brand. Please try it if you're able and let me know your opinion.
