Mix meat, eggs, oats, 1/2 of the chopped onions, Worcestershire and 1/2 can of the soup. Mix together with the seasoned salt and pepper and then form into a loaf.
Place potatoes, that have been scrubbed, but not peeled, the carrots and the onions around the meatloaf. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake at 325 degrees F for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Let rest around 10 minutes before slicing. Very moist and the veggies are so good with the meatloaf. My husband's favorite meal.

Hi - this sounds good but did you forget about the 1/2 can of tomato soup and left over onions? I assume you mix and pour over the top before placing in oven?
