I had my tongue pierced just over 2 months ago. I went to change my ring and my new one won't go in and the hole is hard on top and bottom. Any ideas? Honestly I am so depressed this happened. I don't know if it's just a calcium build up or what.

There are many issues when piercing your tongue that are not expected and just happens. In your case it sounds like some fat or scar tissue has formed around the other earring to cause this issue. You can check this out with your doctor or even try to go to a place that pierces tongues and have them take a look at this one.
Since it's pretty recent, you should go back and speak with your tongue piercer.
Did you follow with the after care? If worsen, see a doctor as it could be an infection.
It could be the formation of scar tissue. I would go back to the place of piercing and have them check it out.
See a doctor in case of infection!
I would either check with the piercer, your doctor, or your dentist as soon as you can. It is important to make sure there is no infection going on there.
Post back with an update. Prayers for healing.
