Training a Dog to Poop on Puppy Pad?

My dog is 3 years old. She will pee all day long on her puppy pad, but will not poop on it. What do I do? I have tried everything. Help.

As soon as you see she is going to poop, put her on the paper. Then praise her and give her a treat
