How do I get my 9 week old Pit Bull to stop biting without smacking her on the nose or butt?

Push her away and say NO in a loud voice every time she does it.
I have always trained my dogs by grabbing their mouth and holding it closed when they start to bit. I do this 3 or 4 times and they normally stop. Other than this you will need to do what my friend has done. She keeps an empty coke bottle next to her and when she sees the dog trying to bite she picks it up and waves it at the dog.
First, never smack a pup and never yell at a pup. That just creates fear. I know it is a human instinct to do that, but please try to avoid it. Now if she is running into the street and a car is coming, yes, of course, you yell, but in every day training it causes much more harm than good.
There are a ton of good YouTube videos where you can watch the best training techniques. I could spend hours detailing them, but I am a visual person so I suggest find a few good YouTubes and follow their directions
9 weeks is very young and the pup is teething which makes her be extra mouthy/bite-y.
Always offer a toy (big enough so she won't choke) any time she gets mouthy like that and treats when she takes the toy.
Consistency is the key in the training. Post back with an update. Bigger dogs are usually much smarter than little dogs (I have little dogs) so your training should go pretty quickly!
Blessings!
