Training a Puppy to Poop on a Training Pad?

I have a 6 month old Boxer who I recently adopted from a shelter. She will pee on a puppy pad, but won't potty. I take her out frequently, but she refuses to do number two. She always goes to my daughter's room and uses it. Any ideas of how to get her to use it on puppy pad?
