My American Bulldog is chewing on her bed. She doesn't do it often, but when she does it's bad! So I took away her bed in her cage and her regular bed in my room.
You can try spraying bitter apple on the bed and the pup will get the idea this is not a chew toy. We only do this as a last resort. It usually works after 1-2 times.

Try taking them out separately and let the 2 year old sniff and smell where the 3 year old has went. There older and should be
