Most likely yes, as they would have been exposed. Are you sure it is parvo? It takes a blood test to confirm it.
I would say yes. All the kittens are in close contact with each other and parvo is very contagious and lives on surfaces a long time
Most likely once you discover the problem it would be too late to keep the other kittens from contacting it but You can try cleaning them up and putting them in separate areas to try and save one.

I would immediately take all the kittens to the vet and have them vaccinated. That is the only way you will be sure your other kittens don't get sick.
