I have a puppy that has had parvo for the past 4 days. My dad has a one and a half year old Husky that is pregnant. I went to his house yesterday which means I exposed the Husky to the parvo virus. Should my dad disinfect his house and yard? What would be the most effective way to do it?

I don't think there's any way to disinfect the yard.
In the house, the carpet will have to be shampooed or steam cleaned. The sofa will have to be cleaned if he was on it.
Then think where else he's been. Was he on the kitchen or bathroom floor? Did he play with the Husky's toys? Did he drink from her food or water bowl? All of those things will have to be cleaned.
As you can see, it will be nearly impossible to ensure the Husky and yet-to-be born pups are not exposed. All you can do is try.
In the future (and for anyone else reading this) never, ever, ever bring a puppy into a home with other dogs until the puppy has had his entire series of shots.
(Note: I'm not saying you did any of these things, but many people still do, so I feel it's important to point this out again.)
