My dog appears to have dandruff behind her ears. I always use oatmeal shampoo and conditioner. I keep her inside ears clean and do at times use an anti -fungal medication for wax build up. There appears to be no skin redness where the dandruff is. How can I cure this problem? Are there any non-oily creams I can put behind her ears? She has long fur, so I want to keep the fur as clean as possible.

You never stated how long your Dog had Dandruff behind her ears. The only person qualified to diagnose this problem is your Veterinarian. Good luck keep us all posted.
