Both of my dogs have parvo. Is it safe for them to be in contact with each other? I have a home aid kit from the vet for both of them. They are both on the same regiment. Is it safe for them to be in contact with each other?

Yes it is safe because they both have it.Do exactly as the vet says it is a bad disease.
How tuff for you but hopefully they are on the road to recovery. I am glad they were able to get treatment quickly.
There does not seem to be a problem with them being together since they are getting the same treatment but it would be best if you call your vet and ask this question and anything else you are concerned about as they are the ones that can give the safest advice. You may want to separate them if one shows a greater improvement just for the sake of maybe being easier to care for one over having two in the same "mess".
Here is a link that gives a lot of information about Parvo and instructions on what to do each step of the way so you will be familiar with each step of recovery (even after they recover). It is a long article but well worth reading.
If both of the dogs are sick with Parvo it is safe to be in contact with each other. After they are cured you will need to disinfect your home with bleach. Make sure you disinfect all of their belongings and if need be thrown away some toys, plastic bowl and other things that you can't clean.
