My dog was stepped on and has a bloody eye. The vet is closed. How do I treat?

The vet has an emergency number or another doctor on call. This is an emergency and I hope it was taken care of

Emergency vet is an option. Or, ask if they can help consult you a resolution over the phone?

obviously a vet would be good. Barring that, if you know someone who is a nurse, consult with them. Keeping him stabilised before it can be treated would be important
aside from that, if you really can't find anyone, just endeavour to keep the area clean (tricky because eye) and make sure he gets fluids and not go into a fever or concussion
