I would suggest disinfecting the bite, then bandaging it. Keep an eye on it and watch that it doesn't get infected.
Need more information to provide an answer:
What type of "house" lizard?
Was the lizard a pet?
Where was the lizard when he bit your father?
What was your father doing when the lizard bit him?
Has your father had a tetanus shot in the past 10 years?
We are pretty smart here and very caring. That is what makes Thrifty Fun work. However, by the time your question is posted, too much time has passed to help with things that need to be taken care of fast.
If something like this happens again, please google the information you have or call a local clinic. I hope the danger has passed and all are okay.

It may be dangerous. Lizards have some dangerous bacteria in their mouths. One would have to know the type of lizard, to know if there was any danger. You would get a better off getting an answer from local people who know the kind of lizard you are dealing with. Might be wise to see a doctor.
