I have raised fish for over 15 years and I currently have 2 shark fish in my aquarium.
Normally, you'll need to add drops daily until you see a change in the shark.
You can try feeding the shark now, but if he is weak he might not eat.
Good luck. I know it can take almost a week or longer to see any change in the fish after treating the fish.
Popeye, or exophthalmia, is swelling of one or both eyes of the aquarium fish. Pressure builds up in the eye as fluid builds. Very difficult to treat but easy to prevent.
In order to prevent this, you must keep the tank really clean, and do not over crowd fish.
It is hard to treat because the cornea is damaged, fluid builds up in the eye, and there is a bacterial infection as well.
Use antibiotics given in the food. It takes months to heal.
You can use aquarium salt and change the water frequently.
