Treatment for Roseacea

I would love to share with you guys how I treat my roseacea! Firstly, I wish I had known about this years ago, as I don't think my roseacea would have gotten so bad.

All you need is a small spray bottle. Fill it just under a quarter of the way up with natural glycerine. Then put a couple drops of toner into it. I use witch hazel or rosewater then fill the rest of the bottle with cold water and give it a good shake. It can be kept in the fridge for couple of weeks.

I spray a couple of times into the palm of my hand then wipe it onto my face. I avoid around my eyes because when I wear mascara, it smudges slightly. You will be amazed at how it calms your face and moisturizes! I used to get the pustules on my nose area constantly and now it's only occasionally. I would like to say I don't use metrogels anymore as my treatment works better and doesn't dry my skin.

Please try this; it does work and is very cheap to make.
