JD x360. Cutting grass. Ran out of gas. Shut mower off. Put gas in it the next day. Got on it to start it, no power to anything, lights, hour meter. Nothing works. Put in a new ignition with new key, new battery. Seat safety switch good. PTO switch off. Brake pressed down and in lock position to start. Put key in, turn it to lights. Lights are good but don't come on. Hour meter does not come on. Turn key to start the tractor. Nothing. New battery. Old one was a 2014. Fuses (3) of them are all good. What I'm I missing?

Check wiring (all electrical connections), interlock switches.
Check your ground circuit back to the battery.
Do you have 12 V to the small wire on the solenoid when the key is turned to start? If not then your problem is some place between the key and the solenoid, which could include safety switches.
If the battery is okay, blame shifts to the alternator.
If you hear a click when you turn the key bad starter solenoid or failed starter motor.
Check for power at the small terminal of the solenoid while depressing the clutch/brake pedal and holding the key in the start position (you may need an assistant to sit in the seat to override the safety switch).
Check the fusible link.
Did you check the spark plugs and the fuel line?
There's no power thus no reason to check spark plugs and fuel line.

Find a wiring diagram of your John Deere and check wiring.
Check battery connections for corrosion (clean if necessary) and voltage - above 12.5 volts should be good.
Sounds silly but sit in the seat and wiggle a bit. Or try sitting on the seat in different places. To the left. To the right more. More to back or front. You get the picture. Those seat switches are temperamental. Got nothing to lose with a wiggle or two.
