Troubleshooting Power from Breaker to Ceiling Fan?

Why is the power coming out of the breaker that goes to my ceiling fan and light only reading 20 and 30 AC instead of 110?

This sounds like a wiring issue, which unless you are super handy is always best left to a professional electrician to look at. Safely first with electricity!! Let me know what you find out!

You may have that part of the breaker faulty. It should only be replaced by a qualified electrician
