I lost power to my kitchen lights and my laundry room light that is located near the breaker box. I reset every GFCI and tested every plug in the house, they all work. Electrical wise everything works in and out of the house except for the two light fixtures. There isn't power to the switches on the wall either and I switched all the breakers two or three times. I can't seem to trouble shoot. Any ideas?

I had the same issue here a few weeks back. In a circuit box you'll have two different types of circuits, one for the electrical plugs and one for your lights.
You have a short in one of the light circuit breakers. Even turning this off and on won't solve this issue. What you need to do now is narrow down, which circuit breaker go to these lights in your home. Once you've done this, you'll need to pull out the circuit breaker and check the wires.
In older circuit boxes they had fuses before. I personally don't think this box of yours has a fuse. When a fuse shorts out and breaks it is harder to see the small wires in the middle. You'd need to replace the fuse if you have fuses in your box.
