Troy-Bilt Riding Mower Won't Move - red riding mower My mower won't go forward or backward. The engine runs and the blade turns, but it won't go forward or back when shifting. It quit while I was cutting the grass. Could it be a belt issue?

This is not a belt issue but a gear problem. You have an issue with the transmission of the tractor and it needs to be taken apart and the broken parts or gears need to be replaced.
