My Troy-Bilt riding mower won't start. There is just a clicking noise. So I replaced the starter solenoid and still have the same problem.

Have you checked you battery or spark plugs? A lot of time the alternator is not working when all you hear is the click when the key is turned over. The battery is more than likely drained which is a second issue. Have you tried to jump start this and see if the motor will turn over like this.
