I have an 04 Chevy Silverado 5.3 and I'm having heater problems. I'm not getting any air hot or cold blowing out, but when I get on the highway a very small amount will blow out. Days will go by and then out of nowhere the blower well start to work and blow perfectly fine on all speeds for a day or so and then it will stop.

My 2004 Silverado 5.3 engine I changed the heater resistor for the heater core I also noted that it was melted in the plug was melted so I changed the plug as well one wire at a time to make sure I did not make any mistakes when I was done the heater would still not turn on so I check the heater motor by hot-wiring it and the heater motor turns now I can't figure out where to go from here I took apart the heater controls clean the contacts put it back together hooked it up but I'm not getting any power from wherever to the contacts which I have no idea what to do with this if anyone has an idea please
