I need a theme ideas for fire for trunk or treat. I have a Ford Bronco and do not know how to decorate it like firefighting.

Use tulle for the trunk decorations, because tulle has the wispy look of actual fire, but you have to choose the right colors. So, create fire flames using tulle and stuck them inside the trunk. Here is an example how to decorate your trunk:
My son always uses a mixture of paper flames and it attracts a lot of attention; especially if you have a way to hook up a fan.
Check out some of these ideas. These suggestions may be for other crafts but can be adapted with the right color paper, etc.

I also remembered that we used old brooms and long sticks and attached the red flames made with red paper and red tissue paper to the brooms, so we could attach/stand them on the front near the doors/windshield.
You can make fake fire using tissue paper. Arrange flame-colored tissue paper, shine a small, medium-intensity flashlight behind your flames.
Cut "flames" from fabric and use the airflow from a fan to cause a fake fabric "flame" to billow and blow.
