Been craving for burger steak but beef burger is too heavy. So the best alternative for fatty meat is either chicken or tuna. Tuna is lighter so let's try to recreate a burger steak using it.
Ingredients:
- tuna patties
- 2 60g can tuna flakes in oil (drained)
- 10 mushroom slices (minced)
- 1 slice sweet ham (minced)
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/2 cup corn starch
- 1 tsp ground pepper
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of salt
- mushroom pepper gravy
- 1 60g can mushroom slices (drained)
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 1 1/2 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp ground pepper
- 1 tsp butter
- Pinch of salt

Steps:
Tuna Patties
- Put together tuna, minced mushroom, minced ham, egg, salt and pepper in a bowl. Mix very well.

- Add cornstarch and flour and mix again until well combined.

- Place in fridge for 30 minutes.

- Scoop a spoonful of mixture and flatten into a pan. Cook until golden brown.
Mushroom Pepper Gravy
- Mix all ingredients in a pan.

- Cook over low heat until thick.
