Why not have the electricity turned off? Be sure to leave the refrigerator door open and obviously empty.
Will you not have someone checking the place while you are gone? If so, won't they need lights? I am not sure why you would shut off anything at all. However, perhaps you live in a much warmer climate than I do, and do things differently.
