Ah shucks thought I would learn a new recipe. My greatgrandmother taught me this and I'm almost 60 yrs old ...it's a no fail recipe. You can also use muffin tins or mini loaf tins for this. Other options are to add some honey (creates a sweeter biscuit), add in fruits, grated cheese with bacon bits (make sure you cook bacon untill done -then drain well and grate cheese small), cottage chesse can be used in place of cream.
You're right! These are delicious and taste as if you'd been in the kitchen all day. And they're so ridiculously easy even I can make them!
