Unable to Charge Phone and Watch on Same Circuit?

Multimeter I have an iPhone and an Apple watch and they will not charge on the same circuit in my flat. They worked fine at the Apple store. Apple say's it is a circuit problem.

See if you can charge the phone at a friends house on the same circuit. If so, then you know it is a problem at your house. If not, go back to Apple.

Do other items plug in your circuit outlet work? Or is it just the iPhone and Apple iWatch?

Just the watch it will change on a power bank it will change in a cafe

It must be. I charge mine on the same circuit. Try it elsewhere, even if at a coffee shop where they have the outlets available for customers, and see if they work.
