In looking up my fiancé's father me couldn't find out where he's housed the case # read MA********. It shows his sentence date, but in the number of days sentenced it says - 0.

You can try to call your local sheriff's office and see if the have an inmate/family advocate that can help you understand this.

What you are seeing is an incomplete form. It has probably not been long enough for all of the information to be posted on all of the records.
You should be able to ask at your local police station about how to find out what you information you need.
Most likely your fiance should be the one asking the questions. You may have to go to the court house to be able to find out what is happening at the present time as records are slow to be updated.
Not all states/cities/counties keep records in the same manner so check with any of these offices and they will direct you to right person to see.
It is very rare that you can obtain information like this over the telephone and the posting to the records that are available on the Internet may be several days old or even weeks. Go in person if you want current information.
