My daughter receives survivors benefits from her father. She has a paternal sister that we are not in contact with. Once her sister turns 18 does that money start going to my daughter?

Each child is awarded the survivor benefits based on their father's pay and how long he had worked. Each case is separate and they don't relate to each other.
Your daughter will continue to receive her benefits until she is 18 or 19 depending on when she graduates from high school. You can always make an appointment with SSI and talk to a person there about the benefits your daughter is receiving. Futhermore, on the website, there is a downloadable PDF file that goes into great details about the benefits your daughter is receiving. You can go there and read about it.
Survivors benefits stop when the student graduates high school. If the student is in high school after 18, it stops when the person turns 19.
No there is a set limit for SSi benefits.
