If this was only TSR it would mean the case is in review. I still can't find out what the E in there means. This has something to do with attending a school or finishing up your class and the case is now in a review state. The best way to actually find out would be to call the court. The person at the information desk can easily tell you what this one means.

I thought it meant "time served" but that doesn't seem to make sense in this case?
