I use my freezer for 2 months and then shut it down for 10 months. When I open it after 10 months it has a very bad smell. How can I keep away this bad smell?

Clean the freezer with Nok-Out. Next time you shut it off, keep the door open.
Try keeping some charcoal briquettes (NOT THE KIND WITH LIGHTER FLUID--JUST PLAIN OLD BRIQUETES) or activated charcoal (I used to find bigger bags at the pet store, but I haven't looked in ages).
Put them in a cheesecloth wrap and sit them in the freezer. This always kept ours smelling good.
