This is a way to get no "ring around the tub" when you're pregnant and the belly bump gets in the way of your bending over to clean the bathtub. Simply buy a cheap broom from the Dollar Store and use it specifically to "scrub/sweep" that tub sparkling clean. A little shampoo squirted on that broom will get rid of that oily, dirty ring around the tub. Then, turn on the shower to rinse. By the way, this also works for me now that I'm much older and have difficulty getting on my knees!

works for handicaps as well
Ive been doing this for years because of a bad back. It works so well that I wonder why some manufacturer hasnt come up with one just for tubs. In the meantime the dollar store broom works just fine
I take showers, not tub baths, and I've never been 'in the family way'. Still, I think cleaning the tub with a broom is the most practical way. It saves my knees and is faster. I've been doing it for years.
Thanks for letting the others know. Bet there'll be converts.
Works for other people with big bellies and not pregnant.
Why would you use shampoo to clean the tub? HINT #1: use a bathroom cleaner specifically meant for cleaning tubs/sinks. HINT#2: shampoo is for cleaning hair.
