When juicing, save the pulp and freeze to add to baked goods later on.

Here's an old tip from our old database: If you make your own juice, with a juice machine, take all the leavings and put around plants. Just scratch it into the soil, it will compost down and feed the plant. - Linda (01/11/2001)
When in doubt on organic "waste" put it in the garden!Ms. Syd BarrDunkirk, MD (01/11/2001)

Pulp=great compost material. Cat's hate citrus smell, so you can put it around plants outside to keep them away or pieces of the rind can go in pots indoors.Use rinds as candied peel, in baking, dry for potpourri. - Flahive (01/12/2001)
well, this is going to be a change from all the other answers. Since I was all the veggies & fruits that I put thru my juicer. When juicing apples and carrots together, I've used the excess pulp when baking muffins. This way I still get the fiber that I'm missing out on by drinking it.
Also, when juicing carrots, especially, dump the pulp out by your wild bird feeders. They love it!!!! (01/23/2003)

You can also freeze the pulp and save for recipes calling for it. You can now buy pint size freezer bags that work well. (05/04/2004)

When ever I make a fruit (mainly Berry) drink I save the pulp and freeze it in popcicle molds and put it in the freezer. THe kids love it and at least I know they are getting their fiber!

I had a juicer and sent it back. I then bought a good blender,,put a few frozen veggies..a little water and/or canned tomato juice and puree away until its all liquid. If using fresh veggies..put through food chopper first and then puree with water and/or canned tomato juice. Not as much trouble as the juicer I had. (07/10/2005)

I just had a pulp casserole. I put some fresh spinach, ribboned, at the bottom of a bowl. Then some pulp. Then some cheese. Then I repeated. Not bad. (01/08/2006)
