No Bake Cheesecake
12 oz. cream cheese
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1/3 C. bottled lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 graham cracker crust
Beat cream cheese, Eagle Brand, lemon and vanilla. Pour into graham cracker crust. Spread topping on top, if desired. Chill. Keep refrigerated.
Optional Topping
1 C. sour cream, 1/4 C. sugar, 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
Lemon Ade; mix, miracle whip, mustard, lemon juice, milk to make potato salad dressing; add a small amount to milk to make buttermilk or sour milk for recipes; mix a small amount in water to dip apple slices or bananas in to keep them from turning brown. My son drinks a small amount to clear his throat for singing!
I stay away from the bottled kind because it contains sulfites for preservatives. You might be able to clean or bleach something with it.
